Kaohsiung and some area in central Taiwan was swamped by heavy rain when a samll typhoon hit the island. The flood was roaring in streets and raods, it also have tried to break into the houses and then successed unfortunately. Why? I blamed it to the governments. Not because it fails to prevent the situation happening but also these people with power was failed to use it as they should be.
Some people with good fortune are immigrant to other places in the world to live. Now I understand why because the government fails them.
